MOSCOW, Jan 21 (PRIME) -- Russian diamond mining company ALROSA increased its output by 8% on the year to 32.4 million carats in 2021, the company said in a statement on Friday.
The output rose by 4% to 9.1 million carats in October–December 2021.
The company’s sales rose by 40% on the year to 45.5 million carats in the period.
Diamond reserves stood at 8.8 million carats as of December 31, 2021, up 3% on the quarter.
